Time:     11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Format: Orientation fair with booths for all organizations at the event to whom participants can speak directly
Schedule (times subject to change):
•                11:00am to 11:30am booths open, swag available at some booths.
•                11:30am to 1:30pm Orientation
•                1:30pm to 2:30pm Tour of the area in the YMCA bus
•                2:30pm to 3:00pm booths open again
